Up to three Pendlings can hang along the top of your screen, each with a job. The one with a job does those reminders; your main Pendling does every job nobody else has. They notice each other: when one has a reminder, the others turn to look, and they celebrate together.
Switch a companion on and choose its Charm, its Job (breaks and stretch, eyes and water, tasks and focus, or just company: no reminders, it hangs out and joins in), its Place along the top of the screen, and its Rope. Companions are part of Pendling Pro.
