What happens if I go over my page views?
You get an email at 80% and at 100%. Then you have 7 days' grace, after which campaigns pause until next month or until you upgrade. Counting carries on and nothing is deleted.
How do I pay?
By card, in US dollars, through Razorpay, which handles the payment and emails your receipts; your bank may show the amount in your own currency. On Shopify you pay through your Shopify bill instead.
Can I cancel or switch plans?
Any time, from the Billing page in your dashboard. A cancelled plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then the site goes back to Free.
Is it one plan for all my websites?
Each website has its own plan, so a small blog can stay free while your shop is on Pro.
What happens to extra campaigns if I downgrade?
They're kept, but only your plan's number of live campaigns show (the first ones in order). A/B tests stop when you leave Pro; their results stay.
How does Desktop Pro work?
The desktop app is free. Pro is a one-time $5 purchase. For the app downloaded from this site, you pay through Lemon Squeezy and get a licence key by email that unlocks up to three computers. In the Mac App Store or Microsoft Store versions, Pro is bought in the store.
