These terms cover Pendling's desktop apps, Pendling for websites (the dashboard, the widget, the Shopify app and the WordPress plugin) and Pendling Pro. By using them, you agree to these terms.
Your account
Keep your sign-in email secure; you're responsible for what happens in your account and on the websites you add. You must have the right to add Pendling to those websites.
Using Pendling for websites
- Don't use Pendling to mislead or harm people: no fake prizes, scams, malware, or content that's illegal where you or your visitors are.
- Coupons, prizes and offers shown by your campaigns are yours to honour.
- If you collect leads, you're responsible for having a lawful reason to, telling visitors how you'll use their details, and following the privacy and marketing laws that apply to you.
- Don't try to break, overload or get around the limits of the service.
Plans and payment
- Each website has its own plan. Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until you cancel; a cancelled plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
- When a website goes over its page views, we email you at 80% and 100%, then give 7 days' grace before campaigns pause until the next month or an upgrade. Nothing is deleted.
- Payments for website plans are handled by Razorpay (or Shopify, for the Shopify app), whose terms also apply. Plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled; cancelling keeps your plan until the end of the period you've paid for. Prices may change; we'll tell you before a change affects your plan.
- Desktop Pro is a one-time purchase. For the downloaded app it's a licence key sold through Lemon Squeezy, for up to three computers; in the Mac App Store or Microsoft Store versions it's bought in that store. Refunds follow the rules of whoever took the payment.
Your content
Your campaigns, images and leads stay yours. You let us store and show them only to run Pendling for you. The desktop apps, the widget, the charms and the Pendling name remain ours.
Availability and changes
We work hard to keep Pendling running and fast, but it's provided as it is, without guarantees that it will never be interrupted. We may improve or change features; if we ever stop a paid service, we'll give you notice.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we're not responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.
Ending
You can stop using Pendling and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, telling you why when we can.
