- Download the Installer (.exe) from the download page and open it. It installs just for you, with no admin prompt.
- Pendling starts, and the charm hangs from the top of your screen.
- Its icon is in the tray at the bottom right (look under the ^ arrow). Click it for the menu and Settings.
“Windows protected your PC”
That's SmartScreen, which warns about new downloads until enough people have installed them. Click More info, then Run anyway. The Microsoft Store version never shows it.
Updates
When there's a new version, the charm tells you, and one click installs it. Every update is signed, and checked before it installs. You can also choose Check for Updates… in the tray menu.
Pendling Pro
Bought Pro? The licence key arrives by email and unlocks up to three computers: paste it in Settings → Pendling Pro. See Stats and Pro.
Uninstall
Settings → Apps → Installed apps → Pendling → Uninstall.
